Your product key can be found in your My Page "Library" or in the email you receive after purchase.
Please follow the steps below.
⚠ Important
If Google Chrome's automatic translation feature is enabled, the key display screen may not appear correctly.
When checking your key, please turn OFF automatic translation before proceeding.
■ Recommended Environment
To ensure your key displays and functions properly, we recommend using the following environment:
- Browser: Latest version of Chrome / Firefox / Safari / Edge
- OS: Latest version of Windows / macOS / iOS / Android
- Settings: Please enable JavaScript and Cookies
- Browser Extensions: Please disable all extensions
- Network: Access from an unrestricted internet connection
If the key does not display correctly, please review the above environment and try again.
🔑Method ①: Check via My Page (Library)
① Click the User Icon
Click the user icon in the top right corner of the screen.
② Open "Library"
Click "Library".
③ Select the Relevant Order
Your purchase history list will be displayed.
Click the arrow (→) on the right side of the order number you wish to check.
※The order number is also listed in your purchase confirmation email.
④ Click "View"
On the order details page, click the "View" button.
⑤ Check Your Product Key
An overlay (pop-up) will appear on the screen, displaying your product key.
Please copy the displayed key and use it as needed.
The key can be activated on the official activation page within Steam or the Epic Games Store.

📩Method ②: Check via Email
After purchase, an email with the following subject line will be sent automatically.
Subject:
Access Your Digital Content | ご注文コンテンツへのアクセス - #[注文番号] RPG Maker Official Store
① Click the "Get Access" Button
Click "Get Access" to navigate to the screen within My Page where the "View" button is displayed.
From there, follow the same steps as Method ① starting from step ④ to check your product key.

The order number can be found in the following locations:
- In the purchase confirmation email
- In the digital content access email
- On the purchase history list page
- On the order details page
