Refund policy

We will only accept returns or cancellations for the following reasons: a wrong product, a product not as described, or a product that is faulty or defective. 
This policy is valid for up to 14 days from the date of receipt. However, for bundled products, we do not accept returns or cancellations for individual items within the bundle; only the return or cancellation of the entire bundle will be accepted.
We do not accept returns or cancellations for digital content that has already been redeemed, downloaded, or displayed a serial code, or that you have already accessed.
